Project Description:

Suttles Plumbing provided and installed the plumbing systems for a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of three existing structures. One structure was an eight-story library building, another structure was two stories with a penthouse and the last was a three-story structure with a penthouse.  Completion of this project required: excavation, sanitary sewer waste and vent piping, domestic cold water piping, domestic hot water piping, natural gas piping, roof drain piping, condensate drain piping for the HVAC units, plumbing fixtures and equipment (including sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, hose bibs and water heaters), reverse osmosis system, water softener system, boilers, coring, fire stopping and  insulation.
